You’re not sure you are ready for a full package but you are seeking some individualised support for a specific issue or just need to re-ignite your fire.
We will start empowering you on your health journey by exploring your challenges. This will lead to an increase in self-awareness

ACTIVATE
6 sessions
A deeper dive into addressing health concerns to set you well on your way for lasting health and positive, new habits.
We will work closely to explore your current and future health vision, creating a highly personalised plan to move you forward.
We will consider your motivations, personal obstacles and create a support system for better health.

REJUVENATE
12 sessions
Working together for a longer period allows for gradual change and for plans to be adapted and refined to fit your lifestyle. Profound changes can occur during this time.
We will work closely to explore your health, establish origins of any pain, discomfort or suboptimal health and uncover the obstacles preventing you from living your best life.

You will acquire a set of skills which support healthier behaviours which will hold you to account!
We will create a support system which leads to realistic, measurable and lasting behavioural changes.

A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO HEALTH COACHING
If you are working with a healthcare practitioner, I will work alongside them. I am happy collaborating with doctors, a trainer, nutritionist, physio or other specialists. The aim is to support you and work in conjunction with your existing providers.

I have experience of various diets: Elimination, Detox, Ketogenic, Paleo, Mito, low FODMAP, Candida, Gut Restoration, low-carb, Cardiometobolic, Core Food Plans and food sensitivities and intolerances.
​
Should you need introductions or suggestions to practitioners, I am happy to provide these.
